On the webinar, report co-authors Elizabeth Berg of Frontier Group and the Energy Program Director with Environment America, Rob Sargent discussed how rapidly growing energy storage technologies, combined with other strategies, can support a swift transition to a renewable energy system while providing the grid with many other benefits. 

We were also joined by the Director of the Energy Innovation Lab at the University of Minnesota, Ellen Anderson, and Josh Castonguay of Green Mountain Power – a revolutionary Vermont utility that is using residential and utility scale solar, along with energy storage, to clean up their grid, help customers and enhance resilience.
