David joined Frontier Group in 2020 as a policy analyst. In 2019, he left the U.S. Department of State as a Senior Foreign Service Officer after a 25-year diplomatic career, with expertise in energy, environment, information technology, science cooperation, macroeconomics, entrepreneurship and trade. He served in Washington, D.C., and overseas at U.S. missions and embassies in Belgium, Mexico, Greece, Peru, Colombia and Poland. David holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in south Florida with his family.
